These Terms govern your use of the websites operated by NEAUX HO MOW INC.: Mowing Route Density, The Grass Is Too Damn High, and MowerSwap (the “Sites”). By using the Sites you agree to these Terms.

Who can use them

You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract. Companies are responsible for activity under their account and for keeping their login secure.

We connect people — we’re not a party to your deals

The Sites are a venue that connects homeowners and lawn-care companies, and companies with each other (route swaps, equipment rentals). We are not a partyto any transaction, swap, rental, or service arranged through the Sites. We don’t employ, endorse, vet, insure, or guarantee any user, and we don’t guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any job, rental, or payment. You are responsible for vetting the other party and for arranging payment, deposits, insurance, pickup, and any agreement directly between yourselves.

Your content, listings & ads

You keep ownership of what you post (listings, photos, ad creatives, messages) and grant us a license to display it on the Sites. You confirm you have the rights to what you upload, and you won’t post anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that you don’t have permission to share. Ads and listings must be accurate and for legitimate lawn-care equipment or services. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Credits, payments & ads

Some features (preferred-vendor chat leads, advertising) are paid with prepaid credits purchased via PayPal. Credits and ad spend are non-refundableexcept where required by law. Ad pricing and placement are described at checkout; we may adjust pricing prospectively. We don’t guarantee any particular number of views, clicks, leads, or results.

Acceptable use

Don’t scrape, spam, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the Sites or other users; don’t misuse contact information you receive (it’s for arranging the specific job, not for unsolicited marketing).

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Sites are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for disputes, losses, injuries, or damage arising from dealings between users, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Sites, or your dealings with other users.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
